Subsidy Agreement Renewal Application

Welcome to the Subsidy Agreement Renewal Application (SARA) system.  The Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) is offering this online system for existing subsidy providers who wish to renew their provider agreement.

Procedures for Uploading Documents in SARA for Providers with a Current Subsidy Contract

  1. Providers with a signed contract must upload information online by Friday, OCT 30th, as outlined in the list of required documents. Paper submissions will not be accepted.
  2. All providers must ensure that all required yearly certifications are updated, reviewed, signed, and dated to affirm compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 
  3. Failure on the part of the provider to meet all renewal requirements will result in a "stop placement" order where new children cannot be assigned to the provider.
  4. Failure on the part of the provider to meet all renewal requirements may lead to termination of the existing provider agreement.
  5. OSSE education services monitors will review and recommend continuation of the provider agreement only when required documents have been submitted, including current, accurate and complete licenses, certifications and policies and procedures.

Please note that the system will not allow applicants to submit an incomplete application.
